Is there a monthly subscription or a platform fee?
No. ConfirmX has no subscription and no platform fee.
Who gets paid for WhatsApp messages?
Meta directly, on your own WhatsApp Business account, with no markup from us. Prices depend on the message type and country; see Meta’s official pricing page.
How is the AI agent charged?
By actual usage per run (tokens), deducted from your wallet. If you don’t use the agent, you don’t need to top up for it.
Will the API stay free?
The API and webhooks are free for now. If that changes, we will announce it first.
How do I top up the wallet?
From the settings in your account, in Egyptian pounds through Fawaterk.
