When an order lands from your store, the customer gets a message with buttons like Confirm and Cancel, and the reply is recorded on the order in your store.

Drag-and-drop automation

Team inbox

How many WhatsApp numbers can I connect?

Which stores does it work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, EasyOrders, WeSell, Google Sheets. For anything else there is an API, webhooks and a ready-made n8n node.
What is WhatsApp’s 24-hour rule?
Meta allows free-form messages within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. After that you must send a template approved by Meta. ConfirmX shows this in the conversation and lets you manage your templates inside the platform.
Do I need WeSell to use ConfirmX?
No. ConfirmX is a WeSell product and works directly with WeSell, but it also works on its own with your store, without a WeSell account. As you grow, connecting it adds 17 carriers, a confirmation team, stock and settlements.
