ConfirmX is a no-subscription platform on the official WhatsApp Business API, built in Egypt by WeSell for online stores. It confirms cash-on-delivery orders automatically on WhatsApp and adds drag-and-drop automation, bulk campaigns with approved templates, an AI agent and a shared team inbox, in Arabic and English.

## Key facts

- Pricing: no subscription and no platform fee. Meta bills WhatsApp messages directly with no markup (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/pricing). The only charge from ConfirmX is AI agent usage, from a prepaid wallet. The API and webhooks are free for now.
- WhatsApp connection: the official WhatsApp Cloud API through Meta's own connection window, not a QR-code connection. One WhatsApp number per organization at the moment.
- Store integrations: Shopify, WooCommerce, EasyOrders, WeSell, Google Sheets. Each reply is recorded in the store: order status on EasyOrders and WooCommerce, a tag on Shopify, WhatsApp status on WeSell, a status column on Google Sheets. Anything else can connect through the REST API, signed webhooks or the n8n node.

- Team inbox: roles and permissions, quick replies, customer tags, a block list, and images, files and voice notes. Interface in Arabic and English.
- Campaigns: send approved templates to lists uploaded from CSV or Excel, at a set rate, now or at a scheduled time, with an automatic pause on quality, billing or registration errors.
- With WeSell, from the same company (optional; EGP 1 per confirmed order or EGP 2,500 a month): a full order system with 17 Egyptian shipping carriers by API, a confirmation team queue, stock, carrier settlement reconciliation and profit per order.
- Not offered: more than one number per organization, assigning conversations to support agents, voice calls, other channels such as Instagram.

### What is WhatsApp’s 24-hour rule?

Meta allows free-form messages within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. After that you must send a template approved by Meta. ConfirmX shows this in the conversation and lets you manage your templates inside the platform.

### Do I need WeSell to use ConfirmX?
