# Terms of use

## Agreement

These terms govern your use of ConfirmX (confirmx.net), a product of WeSell. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

## The service

ConfirmX connects your WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and provides an inbox, templates, campaigns, automation, store integrations, an API and an AI agent. Features can change over time. The AI agent can make mistakes, so review what it does before relying on it.

## Your account

You must be at least 18, give accurate details and keep your login and API keys secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of your team and any AI assistant or API client you connect. Each organization can connect one WhatsApp number at the moment.

## WhatsApp rules and consent

You must follow Meta’s [WhatsApp Business Policy](https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/business-policy/) and terms. You must have your customers’ permission before messaging them, honor opt-outs, and comply with the data-protection and marketing laws that apply to you, including in Egypt. Meta can restrict or suspend your number or account, and we do not control that.

## Acceptable use

Do not use ConfirmX for spam, fraud, illegal or misleading content, content that infringes others’ rights, or anything that breaks Meta’s policies. Do not try to break, overload or bypass the security or limits of the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

## Pricing and the wallet

The platform has no subscription fee. Meta charges you directly for WhatsApp messages. AI agent usage is charged to your prepaid wallet according to the rates at the time of use. The API and webhooks are free for now; we will announce any change before it takes effect. Wallet top-ups are in Egyptian pounds through our payment provider. To ask about a top-up made in error, contact us.

## Your data

You own the data you put into ConfirmX and are responsible for having the right to use it. You let us process it to run the service, as described in the [privacy policy](https://confirmx.net/en/privacy/).

## Availability

We work to keep ConfirmX running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any message will be delivered. Delivery also depends on Meta, carriers and your customers’ devices. The service is provided “as is”.

## Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost orders or a suspended WhatsApp number. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## Ending use

You can stop using ConfirmX at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires it.

## Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will update the date on this page; continuing to use the service means you accept the changes. Egyptian law governs these terms, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction. Contact: [hello@wesell.world](mailto:hello@wesell.world).
