For the data you put through the platform, such as your customers’ phone numbers and messages, you are responsible for it and we process it on your instructions. ## What we collect - **Account:** your name, email, mobile number, organization name and a hashed password. - **WhatsApp connection:** your WhatsApp Business account and phone number IDs and the access tokens Meta issues. - **Conversations and contacts:** your customers’ names and phone numbers, messages and media sent and received, templates, tags, quick replies, block-list entries and campaign recipient lists. - **Store orders:** order details from the stores you connect, including customer name, phone, address and order items. - **AI agent:** the prompts, messages, outputs and token counts of agent runs. - **Billing:** wallet balance, transactions and top-up records. Payment details are entered with our payment provider, not on ConfirmX. - **Technical:** IP address, browser details, logs and error reports. - **Website:** analytics on our public pages, and a first-party cookie (`cfx_attr`, 90 days) recording how you first found us, which is saved on your account if you sign up. ## How we use it To run the platform and do what you ask of it, secure accounts and prevent abuse, process payments, provide support, fix errors, understand which pages and sources bring signups, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers’ data for advertising. ## Who we share it with Only the providers needed to run the service: ProviderPurpose MetaSending and receiving WhatsApp messages DigitalOcean, CloudflareHosting, database, file storage and network delivery FawaterkWallet top-up payments OpenAI, Anthropic, GoogleAI agent runs, only when you use the AI agent GoogleGoogle Sheets (if you connect it), reCAPTCHA, website analytics Microsoft Clarity, PostHogWebsite and product analytics SentryError reports Email providerAccount and password emails We also send data to the stores, webhooks, API clients and AI assistants you connect yourself, and we disclose data when the law requires it. Some providers process data outside Egypt. ## Google user data If you connect Google Sheets, we ask for access to your spreadsheets, Drive file metadata and Apps Script projects, in order to list your sheets, read new order rows, write updates to the sheet and install the script that notifies ConfirmX of changes. Our use of data from Google APIs follows the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising or to train AI models, and we do not transfer it except as needed to run this feature. You can remove access from your Google account at any time. ## How long we keep it We keep your data while your account is active. There is no automatic deletion schedule for messages and contacts, so they stay available in your inbox until you ask us to delete them. After a deletion request we remove or anonymize your data, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons. ## Security Traffic to ConfirmX is encrypted in transit, passwords and API keys are stored hashed, and access inside an organization is limited by roles and permissions. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your login and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. ## Your rights and deleting your data You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to delete your whole account, by writing to [hello@wesell.world](mailto:hello@wesell.world) or WhatsApp [+20 100 337 6852](https://wa.me/201003376852) from your account’s contact details. We reply within 30 days. To stop processing for a WhatsApp number, you can also remove it in Settings. If you are a customer of a store that uses ConfirmX, please contact that store first, as it controls your data. ## Cookies and browser storage The app keeps your login, language and theme in your browser. The public pages use analytics cookies and the first-touch cookie described above. ## Children ConfirmX is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18. ## Changes When this policy changes we update the date on this page, and we tell account owners about significant changes.
