### Is there a monthly subscription or a platform fee?

No. ConfirmX has no subscription and no platform fee.

### Who gets paid for WhatsApp messages?

Meta directly, on your own WhatsApp Business account, with no markup from us. Prices depend on the message type and country; see [Meta’s official pricing page](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/pricing).

### How is the AI agent charged?

By actual usage per run (tokens), deducted from your wallet. If you don’t use the agent, you don’t need to top up for it.

### Will the API stay free?

The API and webhooks are free for now. If that changes, we will announce it first.

### How do I top up the wallet?

From the settings in your account, in Egyptian pounds through Fawaterk.
