# Connect EasyOrders to WhatsApp for automatic order confirmation

When an order lands on your **EasyOrders** store, ConfirmX sends the customer an official WhatsApp message with buttons, and the reply updates the order status in EasyOrders. No subscription.

## What you get

- **Authorization, not API keys**: nothing to copy.
- **Every new order** starts the confirmation flow.
- **Status changes in EasyOrders** based on the button tapped, with an optional private note.
- **Order details in the message**: name, items, total and address.

## How to connect EasyOrders

1. Open Settings → E-Commerce Integrations → Add Integration and choose **Easy Orders**.
2. Enter an Integration Name and click **Connect with Easy Orders**.
3. The authorization page opens in a new tab. Approve it, return to ConfirmX and refresh.
4. From the gear icon on the integration, if Webhook Status shows Not Registered, click Register Webhooks.

## Turn on order confirmation

After connecting, the fastest way to start confirming: open Workflows, choose Create from Template, pick E-commerce Order Confirmation, select the integration and your WhatsApp number, review the flow, then click Click to Activate. ## How does the order status come back?

The Update Order Status node changes the order’s actual status in EasyOrders, with 12 statuses from Pending to Refunded, and can add a private note.

## Good to know

- The connection works on new orders. Older EasyOrders orders are not pulled in.
- Confirmation starts with the new order. Later status changes in EasyOrders don’t start another flow.

## Questions

### Do I need an EasyOrders API key?

No. You approve the connection on an EasyOrders page and ConfirmX receives what it needs.

### Whose number sends the message?

Yours, connected on the WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta bills you for messages directly with no markup from us.
